Eligibility for Returns
You may initiate a return if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- The product is not as described or incorrectly delivered
- You changed your mind within the eligible return period (conditions apply)
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted unless covered under a warranty or replacement clause.
Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- Must include original packaging, user manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories
- Products with physical damage, signs of tampering, or missing components will not be accepted
Note: Products that fail to meet return conditions will be sent back to the customer without refund or replacement.

- Products damaged after delivery
- Accessories not returned with the main item
- Products purchased under special clearance offers or marked “non-returnable”
Return Process: Step-by-Step

- Verification & Approval
- Our customer service team will verify your request and approve the return if eligible.
- Pickup/Drop-off
- We will arrange for product pickup, or you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse (instructions will be provided).
- Inspection
- Upon receiving the returned product, our QC team will inspect it thoroughly.
- Resolution
- If approved: You may choose a replacement or a wallet refund (as per Refund Policy)
- If rejected: The item will be returned to you at your address

- Ensure secure packaging when returning the product to avoid transit damage
- Keep the return receipt or courier tracking number until the return is processed
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy
Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping is free
- If the return is initiated due to personal preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
