All orders placed on www.refurbishedbazzar.com are shipped directly from one of our two major fulfillment centers located in:

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders with a value of ₹20,000 or more qualify for free delivery across India.
- Standard Shipping: A flat ₹250 shipping fee is applicable on orders below ₹20,000.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day after successful payment confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery: Products are generally delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.
Return Policy
We take great care in delivering quality-checked refurbished electronics. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Return Options
🔁 In-Store Return
You may visit our Kolkata store to return the product in person. Please bring your invoice and product in original condition.
📦 Request a Pickup
Alternatively, you can:
- Contact our support team to initiate a return request.
- We will provide a return label via email or WhatsApp.
- Print the label and attach it securely to the original packaging.
- Ship the product to the designated return address shared by our support team.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- A full refund (excluding any applicable shipping costs) will be processed within 2–3 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment or wallet (as applicable).
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds for Defective Products
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for:
- Product Exchange
- Full Refund (minus shipping fee)
You must report any defect within 7 days of delivery. Our quality team will verify the issue before processing the exchange or refund.
Important Notes
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted unless covered under warranty.
- Items not returned in original condition may be rejected for refund/exchange.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
