1. THE PROMOTER
This giveaway is run by Refurbished Bazzar (Review India), Nowapara Sukanta Pally Road, Kolkata 700157. Questions about the giveaway can be sent to support@refurbishedbazzar.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of India who are 18 years or older on the date of entry.
2.2 Employees of Refurbished Bazzar, its sellers, its agencies and their immediate families may not enter.
2.3 Entry requires a working Indian mobile number that can receive calls and WhatsApp messages.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Complete every task listed on the giveaway page and submit the entry form with your name and mobile number.
3.2 A task counts only when it is genuinely completed. Following and then unfollowing, deleting a review, or uninstalling the app cancels the entry.
3.3 Enter the same username or profile name you used on each platform. Entries with a handle we cannot find are removed.
3.4 One entry per person per day, identified by mobile number. Entering with several numbers, or with numbers that do not belong to you, disqualifies every entry.
3.5 Entry is free. No purchase is required and buying anything does not improve the chance of winning.

4. WHICH DRAWS AN ENTRY JOINS
4.1 One completed entry joins every draw the campaign is running on that date. A single entry does not need to be repeated for each draw.
4.2 The daily draw uses entries received that day. The weekly draw uses entries from the previous seven days. The monthly draw uses entries from that calendar month.
4.3 Tasks must be completed again each day to enter that day.

5. THE DRAW
5.1 Winners are picked at random from the eligible entries at the draw time shown on the giveaway page.
5.2 Each draw awards a first, second and third prize where those prizes are listed. Three different people win the three places.
5.3 A person who has already won this campaign is excluded from later draws in the same campaign, so the prizes reach more people.
5.4 The draw is carried out by an automated random selection and the result is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. PRIZES
6.1 Prizes are shown on the giveaway page and may include a smartphone, laptop, smartwatch, power bank, earbuds or a bluetooth speaker.
6.2 Prizes may be a refurbished or an unboxed unit unless the giveaway page says otherwise. Model, colour and variant are decided by Refurbished Bazzar.
6.3 Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6.4 Refurbished Bazzar may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.
6.5 The manufacturer warranty, where one applies, is provided by the manufacturer and not by Refurbished Bazzar.

7. DELIVERY AND CHARGES
7.1 THE DELIVERY CHARGE IS PAID BY THE WINNER. The prize itself is free; shipping, courier and handling charges are collected from the winner before dispatch.
7.2 The delivery charge is quoted to the winner in writing before dispatch and depends on the prize and the delivery address.
7.3 Any octroi, entry tax, state levy or local charge at the destination is paid by the winner.
7.4 Any income tax, TDS or other tax arising from the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
7.5 Prizes are delivered within India only. Delivery normally takes 7 to 15 working days from the date the delivery charge is received.
7.6 The winner must accept delivery at the address given. A prize returned undelivered after two attempts is forfeited.

8. CLAIMING A PRIZE
8.1 Winners are contacted on the mobile number used to enter, by call or WhatsApp, within 48 hours of the draw.
8.2 A winner must reply within 72 hours of first contact with the delivery address and a government photo ID for verification.
8.3 If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, or fails verification, the prize is forfeited and a replacement winner may be drawn.
8.4 Refurbished Bazzar may ask a winner to record a short unboxing or thank you video, or allow their first name and city to be published. Refusing is allowed and does not cancel the prize.

9. VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION
9.1 Refurbished Bazzar may check every task before handing over a prize.
9.2 Entries that are duplicated, automated, generated by a bot, made with fake accounts or made with false details are removed without notice.
9.3 Refurbished Bazzar may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes breaks these terms, and its decision is final.

10. PERSONAL DATA
10.1 The details submitted are used to run the giveaway, verify entries, contact winners and arrange delivery.
10.2 Details are not sold. They may be shared with a courier partner where that is needed to deliver a prize.
10.3 An entrant may ask for their entry to be deleted by writing to support@refurbishedbazzar.com, which also withdraws the entry from the draw.
10.4 By entering, an entrant agrees to receive messages about this giveaway on the number provided.

11. PLATFORMS
11.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, YouTube, Google, Google Play, Meta or any other platform.
11.2 Each platform's own terms apply to the actions taken on that platform.

12. GENERAL
12.1 Refurbished Bazzar may change, pause or withdraw a giveaway at any time where circumstances make it necessary, and will publish any change on this page.
12.2 Refurbished Bazzar is not liable for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of a network, device or platform fault.
12.3 Entering the giveaway means these terms are accepted in full.
12.4 These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
